Very nicely thought through 3 bedroom villa near to the lovely Marina Rubicon Playa Blanca and also near to Beaches, Bar’s, all sorts of Restaurants, Supermarkets and lovely walks. Private ownership means that we care about the details and want the best for our visitors at a sensible price. We have changed the property to not only improve the build quality but to add local features like lava walls local to Lanzarote, new patio, new covered areas to escape the sunshine along with lovely furnishing all hand picked. We have just added a new euro 200 piece of local art. Crucially you can walk everywhere on foot from the villa and also if you are a couple then the villa is a good size for you to enjoy. We have just added a state of the art en suite for all our visitors to enjoy. Our service is friendly with Deb’s on hand in case of need and here in the UK we will give you good guidance before you travel.
As you approach the villa you will notice a good car park for 2 cars and a new lava walled Solana unique to this property. You enter the front door in a specially built conservatory unique to this property then inside, gasp at all the space, lovely fixtures and fittings all in a clean house. Gosh the kitchen is modern and big and clean and everything imaginable in it. The living and dining room over looks the nicely presented garden and your own solar heated pool (not electric). there are a number of big windows that help you enjoy all the garden and look at the new covered area to help you avoid the sun. This is a feature other similar villas don’t have. There are sunbeds with terrific covers and those really impressive lava walls so you feel you are in a Lanzarotian wonderland. Yes don’t forget the new euro 200 living room artwork from Alfondo the local artist. Now go upstairs and you will find a really good size master with a really brilliant en suite unique to this property and in room 2 a great size bedroom with again built in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 is a really good size also.
So we think about everything so you don’t need to but what all our guests like is leaving the property and strolling to all the action on foot as no hire car is needed. We have great back up support so if something goes wrong you are not on your own. So the key is attention to detail and that is why this property gets most people back for at least a second visit.
We want you to enjoy your holiday near to all shops bars restaurants and beaches all on foot and this is why this 3 bedroom property is ideal. The nearest shops are only meters away but if you do want to go further you can take advantage of all the amazing walks that are there for you. For couples, families or anyone really this place is for you.
We operate our pricing in both euro or £ but a guide price is £700 per week for all the year. We have got rid of peak pricing to help people not get ripped off in the peak. We charge a little bit more for parties over 2 people usually £50 per person per week more. There is a £100 per week deposit and the balance is only payable 2 months ahead of your holiday.
