Under New ownership, Las Palmeras 3 – Apartment 5 is located in a quiet but very central area of Puerto Del Carmen. It is very convenient for the main area of Playa Grande beach and the many shops, bars and fantastic restaurants that line the main promenade. The promenade area is only a 5 minute walk away. The Old Town & Harbour are a 10 minute walk away.
Location
Las Palmeras 3 is situated in a pleasant, safe and secure complex, with a secure lockable gated entrance and consists of 8 one bedroom apartments.
Everything is nearby. Supermarkets are just a few minutes stroll away and there is a mini market just around the corner from the apartments. The airport is a 10 minute taxi transfer away.
Bedroom
Apartment 5 accommodates 3 people. There is a large cool bedroom with larger than normal twin beds and special comfort mattresses. Brand New furniture and furnishings ensure it is clean, bright and fresh.
Bathroom
The apartment features a modern bathroom with new walk in rainfall shower and washbasin – towels are also provided and a washing machine which is free to use.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen has a new oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and breakfast bar with stools and is equipped with all brand new utensils, cutlery and dinnerware, which are replaced regularly. This area leads on to the living room.
Living Room
The living room is very spacious with comfortable new furniture. A large T.V, Free Wi-Fi and a fan. The sofa also turns into a double pull out sofa bed.
Pool / Terrace Area
Apartment 5 is a ground floor apartment with a large terrace and a sunbathing area with shade when you want it. The terrace is a great place to sit and relax day or night and is only 2 steps away from the pool. The immaculate communal pool area has a sunbathing terrace and the apartment has its own comfortable sun beds with sun parasol for use around the pool.
Extras
The apartment is equipped with Free Wi-Fi, an Iron, Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, First Aid Kit, as well as, a free to use Safety Deposit Box for your convenience.
A free welcome pack is provided containing water, milk, tea, sugar and coffee.

One of the main pick up points to catch the excursion coaches is located down the road from the apartments. The main bus stop and taxi rank are also located in this area making it really easy to get to any part of the island if you want to explore other resorts.
You can have any kind of holiday in this area of Puerto del Carmen due to the literally hundreds of bars and restaurants that offer something for everyone. Your holiday can be as relaxed or as lively as you please.

A reservation fee of 25% is required with balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A 75% refund will be made if the reservation is cancelled up to 4 weeks before arrival. No refund will be made if the reservation is cancelled less than 4 weeks before arrival.
