The position of this Las Brisas villa is quiet but convenient being in the heart of the complex away from the hubbub of the bar but only about 300 metres from the pool. It is a semi detached villa (we also own the other half) with an enlarged patio to enjoy the sun throughout the day and the outlook is onto a big beautiful mature garden. Outside the villa there is a dining table/chairs,sun loungers and a barbecue .
Inside the villa is modern and comfortable and quite different from other villas on the complex. The lounge has 2 leather sofas and good lighting + a library of books and a flat screen TV. The bedrooms are laid out as 1 double room (with king size bed) with an en-suite shower room, 1 twin room with a bathroom next door, all the beds have recently been replaced. Kitchen facilities in the villa include oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. Other facilities include satellite TV, DVD player, safe, hairdryer and iron.
This is a popular villa with both families and couples and is now one of the best properties on this complex with its modern stylish decor.
Notes
Free wi-fi is included and there is also air conditioning which works on a pay as you go basis. All the villa linen and towels are provided, the villa is fully cleaned with a complete linen and towel change for your arrival, which is repeated at the end of each week. Pool towels are provided.
