Casa Brisa is set in a quiet and peaceful private gated community in the Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca. The town centre is a 5 minute drive.
The villa features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) with bath and/or showers. Its south facing terrace makes the most of the sunshine yet providing some shade under cover. There is an adjoining parking space. The villa is well situated for local shops, bars, restaurants and other facilities at Faro Park and bus stops to take you to and from the town centre are short walks away. The local beaches, some of which have been voted the best in Spain, can also be accessed on foot or by public transport for those not hiring a car.

Casa Brisa comprises entrance hall and living room with TV offering English channels including Sky, Sky Sport and Sky Cinema, BT Sport and most Freeview channels, Box sets and Videoclub (featuring over 2000 films for all ages). Spanish TV and films are also available together with a DVD player and a selection of DVD’s. Wifi is free to use. Patio doors give access to the rear (partly covered) sun terrace comprising table and chairs and sunbeds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge- freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. There is also a microwave, kettle and toaster. A full range of crockery, glasses, pots pans and kitchen utensils is also available. A “welcome pack” is provided for your arrival.
A side door from the kitchen leads to the outdoor dining area and utility room. The outdoor area provides welcome shade during the day, and is equipped with dining table seating and chairs, together with a traditional Canarian barbecue. In the utility room there is an automatic washing machine, airer, ironing board and iron. There is also a large selection of toys and inflatables (for the beach or communal pool) and a cool box for excursions.
On the opposite side of the entrance hall there is the main bathroom and two bedrooms. The master bedroom comprises of a double bed, ample fitted wardrobes, and bedside tables. Patio doors give direct access onto the sun terrace. a separate entrance leads to the en-suite bathroom with WC, wash basin, bath and shower. Towels are provided including beach towels.
The second bedroom at Casa Brisa is equipped with twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. again all towels are provided including beach towels. If your visit is for more than a week the towels and bedding will be changed every 7 days.
The adjoining bathroom provides walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. Both bathrooms have hairdryers.
The villa is set among tended gardens stocked with local plants and shrubs.
Notes
A welcome pack is provided on arrival, comprising tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, cheese and other essential food items. It will also include a complimentary bottle of wine. The nearest shops are located at Faro Park which is a 10 to 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.
There are 2 supermarkets. In particular the Supermercado Pechiguera is very well stocked, reasonably priced and open until late. A local bus service runs from here to the town centre at regular intervals until approximately 23.00 every day (services may be restricted on Fiesta days i,e local Bank Holidays). Taxis are very easy to hire at all times of the day and reasonably cheap to use.
If your stay at Casa Brisa is for longer than a week all linen and towels will replaced every 7 days but you are welcome to let us know at any time whether you have any particular needs prior to or during your stay.
