This one bedroom apartment is tasteful furnished and features a large and fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, micro, fridge/freezer, Spanish coffee maker, tea pot, kettle and toaster. The spacious living area comprises a 55” Smart TV, leather sofa bed (140cm), ceiling fan, dining table seating four and everything you would expect for a fantastic holiday.
From the shaded balcony of Casa Bella, you have excellent views over looking the communal pools and gardens. The ample bathroom features a large walk in shower and a washing machine. The bedroom has a large double bed (180cm) alternatively 2 twin beds on request, ceiling fan and wardrobe.
This complex is located in the heart of Costa Teguise just a stone’s throw away from the lively Pueblo Marinero square (a quaint area designed by the famous César Manrique) where you will find many top quality restaurants, live entertainment, farmers market, artisan markets etc, yet distant enough to get a perfect night’s sleep. The popular white sandy beach of Las Cucharas is only 100 metres away from Casa Bella and the white sandy beaches of El Jablillo is only 300 metres away (ideal for snorkelling, safe swimming and perfect for children).
Notes
All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. For stays more than 7 nights we provide a mini clean and change sheets at the middle of your stay.
We provide a welcome pack including water, milk, tea, coffee and cava, as well as salt, pepper and cooking oil. Iron and ironing board is also provided.
Cot and high chair can be provided on request.
No smoking within Casa Bella.

Rates
Standard rate at Casa Bella is 490 euros per week, 70 euros per night.
High season 525 euros per week, 75 euros per night.
Prices at Casa Bella are per week for 2 guests. Additional guests: 5€ per guest, per night. Minimum stay: 7 nights, for stays less than 7 nights a 50€ surcharge will be applied.
