Within the extensive high walled gated grounds of the original Villa.
Guests have their own parking space within the grounds. Guest pathway leads to private entrance. Lounge and kitchen. Large covered veranda over looking enclosed pool and patio area.
Two of the bedrooms have patio doors opening to veranda, over looking pool area. The 3rd bedroom is situated at the rear of the property with en suite shower room and secret lounge. There are double beds in two of the bedrooms, and 2 single beds in the third.
Kitchen with plenty of plates and cutlery for alfresco dining. Fridge, 4 ring electric hob, Microwave combined oven grill, Toaster, Kettle Coffee percolator etc. Also plastic ware for use around the pool or for children. A large film library, board games, books. UK Television channels.
Pool Bar area with extra fridge for ice lollies and cool drinks plus gas BBQ and gas bottle.
Rates
From 125€ to 145€ per night for 2 persons, plus 27€ per night per extra person, up to 6 persons.
Children under 3 go free.

Swimming pool: Private Solar Heated.
Family friendly: We have free high chair, cot and stair/door gate for child friendly accommodation. We can also offer a pool fence which can be erected on request.
Accessible: The accommodation is all ground floor. Other than veranda step to pool area, which we can supply a ramp for.
Prepared for your arrival. bed linen, house towels and pool towels provided, changed weekly.
Also we have Free Wifi, a Guest Safe, Flat screen TV, Bluetooth speakers,
