Summary

An end of block, refurbished one bed first floor apartment with a good size balcony, offering a wonderful panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, and just a comfortable 6 or 7 minute walk from the sea-front with its shops, restaurants, promenade and miles of sandy beach. There is a Spa supermarket at the entrance to the complex, and a car-hire facility within 20 yards of the entrance. The whole complex is in first class condition, and is only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment only outside on the balcony. Sorry, but adults only, with no same sex groups under 25 years of age.

Fully functional kitchen with built-in new automatic washing machine:
Table top oven and grill, Electric 2 ring hob, Stand alone fridge-freezer, Built-in microwave, Toaster, kettle, White porcelain sets for 4 people, utensils and dishes.

The living room is part of the kitchen / diner, looking out over the balcony and ocean, with L shaped sofa-bed, coffee table, side table with lamp, TV with UK channels, and Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Dining area adjacent to the kitchen has a table & chairs with cushions for 4 people.

Bedroom with king-size double bed, with pull-out sofa for bed in the lounge. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are kept in the bedroom.

Separate bathroom with toilet, hand basin, mirror, towel rail, and walk-in shower.

Notes

Bed linen provided, together with bath and hand towels. Apartment cleaned before guests arrival.
South facing balcony with sun for much of the day. Awning installed if you don’t want too much sun. Large table, 2 wicker style chairs with cushions, 4 plastic chairs, and sun-bed.
Clothes horse, mop & bucket.

Outside:
Shared swimming pool with sun-beds alongside – not heated. Communal gardens.
