There is a double bed in the bedroom plus a single sofa bed in the kitchen. The apt has been totally refurbished to a high standard. The bathroom has just been refurbished and features a walk in shower.
Plenty of storage space available. Included in the price is safe hire, towels and beach towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, fans and heater are available, hairdyer.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle and toaster. A spacious living room has a sofa. The apartment has a 43 inch flat screen tv with U.K freeview with over 1600 channels including BBC and ITV, WiFi is included. Safe available at no extra cost.
There is a private terrace/balcony which is a nice sun trap.
Closest beach is Playa Chica which is approx 10 min walk or Playa Grande is approx 15 to 20 walk.
There are 2 supermarkets next to the complex. The nearest bars and restaurants are in the old town harbour which is a 5 min walk away. The new town is approx 15 to 20 min walk or a short taxi ride away.

Meet and greet on arrival at the complex. Towel and linen change and maid service once a week. Towels, beach towels and linen are all included.
Wifi available in the apt and u.k freeview tv with over 100 channels.

Prices at Portonovo 22 is 340 euros per week. Min stay is 4 nights, the price for that is 50 euros per night. There are discounts for stays of 21 nights or longer.
100 euro non refundable deposit for bookings up to 2 weeks and 50% non refundable deposit for bookings over 2 weeks.
Additionally, there is a €50 deposit taken, which will be refunded as long as there is no damage.
