This beautiful modern 1 bedroom apartment is finished to a high standard with everything you should need. It is situated on a beautiful complex with well maintained gardens, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. A 10 minute stroll will take you to the many restaurants, shops and forms of night life you could ask for. The local supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. The apartment has recently been refurbished and provides a fully equipped kitchen including an oven and hob.The living room has a large L shape sofa and large TV for those lazy evenings in with English tv package including sky sports and large video library with latest movies.

The bedroom at Apartamento 27 has large built in mirrored wardrobes and 2 single beds and a ceiling fan.

The bathroom has a walk in shower also there is a washing machine in the apartment.
