3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings throughout. King size bed in the master bedroom.
There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outside, there is a barbecue area, with all tools.
Abbeylara is a detached property with a private gate, and on street parking right outside the door.
Excellent location for easy access to shops, restaurants & beach.

Villa Abbeylara has a strictly “no smoking” policy within the villa building, ashtrays are provided for outdoor use only

- Travel cot & high chair available for infants (under 2 years of age) with no charge
- Complimentary welcome pack provided with tea, coffee, milk, water & beer
- Loo roll & hand soap, wash up liquid, bin bags & laundry detergent are provided for your convenience
We also don’t permit stag/hen type party guests
A refundable deposit is paid on arrival and returned on departure with return of keys
Rates
£750 per week. £100 per night, plus cleaning fee, based on 4 people sharing, extra guests £10 per person, per night (£70 per week).
