Véro and Antonio at Cook In Lanzarote have announced the programme of cookery courses at the premises in Uga for early summer.

The beauty of these courses is that you get “hands on,” with your own cooking station, and you’ll prepare (and eat!) your own dishes, with the option to add wine, in a fabulous setting.
The Veal Blanquette course is an “express” course – lasting around 45 minutes, with a glass of wine to enjoy with your meal afterwards.
All the courses include all the ingredients, locally sourced, and some from Cook In Lanzarote’s own organic garden, and full instruction in English.
