Atlantico Homes are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join their team with immediate start.

Candidates applying for this role must have the following attributes in order to be considered for the role:

  • As a minimum you MUST be fluent in English and Spanish in both oral & written communication skills
  • Own car and hold a full driving license
  • Neat personal appearance as you will be client facing
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Adaptable and open to learning new skills
  • Resolve any administrative issues and coordinate preparation of reports
  • Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and faxes
  • Phone call answering from client enquiries and attend to clients in the office & at properties
  • Assistant to the Office Manager and aid with staff enquiries
  • Ability to multi task and work methodically, accurately and neatly.
  • Undertake duties such banking, filing, completion of electric/water contracts and community admin
  • Some knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel
