Drivers (Resort Flight Check-In) – Lanzarote
Our Drivers provide operational support between our Resorts and the airport, on an early morning, afternoon or split-shift basis Monday to Sunday. Reporting to the Driver Supervisor, the Drivers work co-operatively and productively with our Resort Flight Check-In and Ground Operations Teams in the effective transport of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays colleagues and Customer baggage to ensure high standards of service and On Time Departures are accomplished. You will think safety at all times, putting the safety of you, your colleagues and our Customers first every time. Delivering On Time luggage from hotels to the airport is vital in ensuring our Customers’ satisfaction and you will play a key role in achieving this and our on time performance targets. In addition, you will inspect vehicles daily and report any defects to the Maintenance Team.
Resort Team Leader – Lanzarote
Reporting into the Destination Manager, the Resort Team Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of Resort based Reps to deliver VIP customer service at all times. You will plan your Reps rosters to ensure they are visiting our customers at their hotels at the optimum times to be on hand to give their great insider knowledge of the resort and recommendations of excursions we provide to match their needs to ensure they have a great Jet2holiday. You will also be the team’s first point of contact for advice, as well as working with our local agents and colleagues to help deliver feedback to improve service delivery. Representing our Jet2holidays’ values at all times whether this be face to face, email, over the phone or via social media is also key to the success of this role.
Passenger Service Agent – ACE
We now have some great opportunities for Passenger Service Agents to join our Ground Operations Team on a part time Fixed Term contract. Reporting to the Passenger Service Supervisor, the Passenger Service Agent will play a vital role in creating a great first impression so that all our customers receive a VIP service. You will be passionate about getting things right first time and helping to make sure our customers depart on their holidays or journey home on time.
Passenger Service Agent (Resort Flight Check-In) – ACE
We have some great opportunities for Passenger Service Agents in Resort to join our Team on part-time Fixed Term contracts. Reporting to the Resort Flight Check-in Manager, you will be responsible for checking the baggage of our Customers at the hotel and ensuring correct delivery, On Time, to the airport. You may also be asked to attend to additional duties to support the Jet2holidays In Resort Teams. You will work on early shift mornings, afternoons or on a split-shift basis Monday to Sunday. Your role will be similar to the Airport check-in Agents but you will be performing your duties in the Hotels.

Reporting into our in Resort Management Team, you will deliver an exceptionally friendly and trustworthy service to our customers’ right from the moment they arrive in resort.Visiting our customers at their hotels and being present to support them at any time during their stay is essential in this role. You will be on hand to give great insider knowledge of the resort and have the confidence to recommend excursions to match our customers needs to ensure they have a great Jet2holiday.
