Arrecife en Vivo is the annual live music event which takes place late summer each year in the capital of Lanzarote over four consecutive weekends.
The idea:
Every Friday different bands play on four different stages in Arrecife. The fun part is that “street bands” guide fans from one stage to the next, following an Elvis impersonator and the big yellow foam hand. The vibe is fantastic with everyone, literally, dancing in the streets!
The first concert starts at 6pm and the group of people following the music keeps getting bigger and bigger. After the last concert, held at the Marina, a DJ continues with the party until around 3am, which means about 9 hours of live music every Friday of this musical festival!!!
